A-Grade Investments is a venture capital fund founded by long-time friends Ashton Kutcher, Guy Oseary, and Ron Burkle to opportunistically invest in technology start-up companies.

Wil Schroter is a serial entrepreneur.
1994 - At age 19, while a still a student at the Ohio State University, he began his first company, Blue Diesel, an interactive marketing agency. Two years later Wil merged with inChord Communications, joined their board, and helped the company grow to over $700 million in annual billings before being sold to publicly traded Ventiv.
1995 - Founded Virtucon Ventures, a technology incubator for startup companies whose startups include Swapalease.com, Go BIG Network, GotCast.com, Affordit.com, Bizplan.com, Unsubscribe.com, and Fundable.com.
2002 - Launched Swapalease.com, an on-line marketplace for automotive leasing. Swapalease quickly became the world's largest automotive finance marketplace, with over $2 billion in vehicles listed.
2004 - Founded the Go BIG Network, one of the pioneers in online fundraising for startup companies. Since then over 330,000 companies have come to Go BIG looking for funding with millions invested.
2006 - Founded GotCast.com to connect aspiring talent to on-camera roles. GotCast soon became the leader in on-line talent casting, and now casts for every major network and show on television.
2008 - Founded AffordIt.com to help consumers purchase large ticket items by turning big prices into smart, affordable payments. Affordit is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Founders Fund, Crosscut Ventures and Baroda Ventures.
2009 - Founded BizPlan.com, an on-line business planning and management tool that helps upstart entrepreneurs turn their ideas into viable plans and great companies.
2010 - Co-Founded Unsubscribe.com, to help people get rid of junk mail. Unsubscribe was backed by Charles River Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, First Round Capital and Ron Conway and was sold over a year later to Trusted ID.
2011 - Co-Founded Fundable.com, a crowdfunding platform for startup companies to take advantage of the JOBS Act, allowing anyone to get early stage funding for their ideas.

Arnaud is a previous winner of Startup Weekend LA as a member of the first-place team, Codewars.co. He also led Family Heartbeat, a healthcare application, to a win at the AT&T Hackathon in September 2012. He was one of the 10 teams that compete for the first movie hackathon organized by ZEFR and the Director Guild of America. He is a speaker at Digital Hollywood and a former mentor at Start up Week end Santa Clarita.
Arnaud co-founded Monedo Productions in Japan in 2009, a movie and event production company. They produced Little Klaus Big World, a wacky mockumentary shot all over the world, nominated at Nigata Film Festival and awarded "Best Comedy Film 2012" at the Monaco Film Festival. They also launched "French Tuesday' an on-line and off-line social network for Tokyo's good society in 2010.
Prior to becoming a movie producer and techie, Arnaud was a stand-up comedian (Last Comic Standing, E Entertainment's "Battle of Hollywood", and MTV's "Room 401"), media trainer, acting coach, movie director, and communications coach for entrepreneurs and politicians in France, Japan and China.
He is a graduate of the number executive program in Media and Entertainment, the Advanced Management Program of IESE business school, NYC.
He lives between Los Angeles and New York City and you can see him weekly doing stand up comedy at the Comedy Store.

I have been teaching Management and Entrepreneurship at the Art Center College of Design for the past 40 years, and have taught 6,200 students. I have also taught at USC Marshall (my Alma Mater), The Peter Drucker School of Management, The Kelly School of Management at I.U., Pepperdine EMBA, and several other universities. I have been awarded five Great Teacher Awards and the first Legacy Teaching Award ever given at Art Center in 80 years (in 2005).
